NBALive Game patch

Even so it doesn't have a proper license, its still useful as reference. Also one could try to track down the author and ask for permission to use under another license. The thread has some pictures and one of the files contains .png. Anyway, its just a random link I found on google, once some proper free replacement is found, the link can be removed. -- Grumbel 05:40, 20 April 2009 (CEST)
