Access to the archived forum

Up until recently, the old forum archives were available at https://forum.freegamedev.net/

It was not possible to write any new post, but it was possible to read archived conversations, and those contained a wealth of information and historical data.

We regularly checked things there.

Please restore the forum archive for public access. If you don't want to host it anymore, please export and share the forum contents so that there is still a way to access those old conversations.

Sorry, but this is unfortunately out of my hands. Ever since we changed the DNS provider there is something broken with the connection even though everything should be configured the same as before. I tried to reach out twice already to the people hosting the old forum, but they are not responding.

How well preserved is it on the Wayback Machine?

There are many threads saved on the Wayback Machine thankfully, but it hasn't caught everything, especially from more recent years.
