Gamja seems to be a web client for irc power users, at least that's how it looks to me. And those probably run it themself if they want it. For fast and easy access i think KiwiIRC is sufficient and also its more accessible for people who dont know their ways around IRC yet.
I use TheLounge, whenever i have the need for a web client. It also has a lot of the IRCv3 features implemented and since it has a server component it doesn't depend on webIRC. It has easy access to a channel list for the servers you are connected to, history search, link preview, good mobile support, users can set custom css. Just to name a few features i like about it.
