I feel a bit overwhelmed by the complexity and verbosity of Libregamewiki-articles. There's so much to do. So I probably won't write articles for that wiki. :(

It is mostly the templates that can be a bit tricky, but writing a stub without them would still be helpful.

I wonder what happened to Pokete in the libregamewiki's list of Pokemon-like games? And why can't the Pokemon-like games be found from the main site?

The category is called creature battling games, which is listed under genres.
This genre list is accessible through the main page.

There's something going on in that wiki. Now Creature battling games have vanished from the genre list. (There were there yesterday iirc.).

But I agree it would probably be fitting to have it in the RPG menu as well.

Yeah, I am really not sure how that all works, I sometimes notice pages load differently whether I am actually logged in or not.

I have moved the category to Monster-taming games to match the new (well, from April 2023, about seven months after I created the Libregamewiki one...) category on Wikipedia.

I think "taming" and "collecting" is not optimal. "Training" seems better to me. But "monster-taming" is an improvement over "Pokemon-like" :)

Monster-taming focus on improving your monsters. take the first Digimon World game you only have 1 monster at a time.

Monster-Collecting, is about getting as large of collection of monsters as you can get.

Monster-training sub type of the 'training' genre, training is the genre Princess Maker belongs to.

OPMon seemingly never returned from hiatus.

Tuxemon seems to be more refurbished. I'm, however, absolutely not sure if the idea about fusions is a good one; besides the graphical problems already adressed on their wiki-page, it seems to me as an invitation to balancing and gameplay problems - hope that I'm mistaken here, as the basic direction of adding own accents to the formula is right.
