Allows to convert photos/paintings/and so on to pixel art, and delivers pretty good results in doing so. Could be especially interesting for small projects, as it allows to bring various pictures that you can pull from wikipedia commons to a coherent style.
The tool is a little bit slow as SDL2 isn't really designed for per-pixel-manipulation and I didn't utilize multithreading either.
