Hosted forum for Stunt Rally

@CryHam has agreed to test out our new Loomio based hosted forums to move off the old phpBB one.

These hosted forums are primarily meant as developer groups, so they are invite only for posting.

Excellent, thanks for providing such service!

I am currently working on chat integration for it via the Limnoria IRC bot. I hope that will convince @CryHam to not open a Discord or similar 😑

Edit: it might not work that well as IRC can't display the Slack webhook messages very well. At least for the Flarum integration that is the case 😥

The old Stunt-Rally forums are now read only as an archive.
